Wide awake and motivated within 15 minutes without stimulants. Alert but anxious, mind starts racing immediately about deadlines. Groggy and heavy; need 1-2 hours and strong coffee to feel functional. Utterly exhausted regardless of how many hours I slept.

Steady, sustained mental focus without urgent cravings. Slight drop, but a 5-minute walk or cold water restores focus. Significant energy crash, accompanied by intense sugar or espresso cravings. Brain fog and severe fatigue, frequently nodding off at desk.

I breathe deeply, assess logically, and recover baseline quickly. Heart races and body tenses, but I channel it into fast action. I experience stomach spasms, chest tightness, or racing irritability. Overwhelmed, tearful or experiencing complete cognitive shutdown.

Calm body and mind; fall asleep within 15-20 minutes peacefully. Wired and tired: exhausted physically, but thoughts loop for an hour. Fall asleep instantly, but wake up abruptly between 2:00 and 3:30 AM. Restless tossing, hot flashes, or tight jaw clenching throughout night.
